Finally, I complete visa extension but I ended up going to the immigration office for 4 times.  I would definitely recommend to extend visa as soon as you arrive Indo otherwise you will have to stay around Kuta to go to Immigration office.

I went to Uluwatu from Kuta by Scooter for a couple of times. It took 40-60 min and depends on traffic and was a hassle to commute from Kuta so I moved and stayed at Uluwatu.

As you can see in my photos, it was super crowded during my time there. As I went there in August which is high-high season for surfing and tourism.

ビザの延長も無事に完了し、ウルワツに宿を移しました。 クタにいたときも原付で最後何日かウルワツに通ってましたがやはり結構しんどかったです。 クタからウルワツはスクーターで４０分から１時間くらい。ではここからは写真をどうぞ。

見ての通り混んでいます。テイクオフ前から「ヘイヘイ、ヒャホー」などと叫んで前乗り防止皆してました。　behind the peak　テイクオフをしてくる人が多いので気が抜けません。

もっといいセットに乗りたかったんですが競争が激しすぎて諦めました。なので小さい波ばかりですが、後でウルワツに戻った時にもっと良いセットに乗りたいと思います。

I wanted to take a better and bigger sets but I could not because of the crowds. Many surfers does “behind the peak take-off” while yelling even before the take-off and do not make the sections.

I will be back to Uluwatu before leaving Indo and try to get a better wave.

これくらいのサイズでも入れるくらい口が開きます。

Uluwatu does not need a big swell to create a barrel. Even when it’s small like this, it will create a decent barrel.

ウルワツのブレイクはまさにピークシーズンに来てしまったので大勢のサーファーでいつも満員御礼状態。小さくても大きくても常に混んでました。小さいといっても常にバレルを形成していました。逆に特大の10ft+のスウェルが来たときはウルワツは波が厚くなりすぎてバレルにならず、7ft以上のガンボードで乗るような波で、ほとんど誰も入っていない状態に。数人がガンボードで入っているだけという状態でした。

10ft+のスエルが来た日には、どこもクローズだったので初めてBinginに入りましたが、大炸裂すぎかつ激混みでポジション争いに手も足もでず。プロのシューティングもがっつり入っていました。

Uluwatu became real fat wave when big swell hit west coast of Bali.

Bingin beach was on fire. Big barrel with too many surfers including pros. I could not get any decent ride on that day and got a ding on my board.

隣のドリームランドはクローズ Dreamland was close-out on that day.

ウルワツは波が厚すぎて２人のみ

Uluwatu was too fat but it can be good if you have 7ft + gun board. only two surfers was in the water. that surfer in the photo made a very long ride which you can not make on normal day. But it did not make a barrel.

【Accommodation 宿泊施設】

As compared to Kuta, it is a bit more expensive.I stayed at Naturela for $25/day. Staff was very friendly, room was clean but bathroom did not have a hot shower.

クタと比べて競争が少ないせいか物価はやや高め

Naturelaというところにステイしました　１週間ステイして約$25/day にしてもらいました。スタッフもとても感じが良いです。バスルームがイマイチなのがタマに傷 それ意外は◯

途中友達の友達所有のVillaにお邪魔させてもらいました。   そしてここでカルロス、ダニエラ、カルラの３人と知り合い、レンボガン島に誘われました。

日本から来たTK　ロンドンでまたお世話になるかも

I visited a friends’ friends beautiful Villa in Bingin beach and met three guys from Ecuador and Australia through friends.

Next, I and TK will go to Lemboggan to meet up with those three guys!

さて次はカルロス、カルラ、ダニエラと合流するためにレンボガン島に行ってみたいと思います。
